By accessing and/or using the Connect Human Resources (hereinafter: PPartner) website, the User confirms that he has read, understood and agrees with this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree, he is obliged to refrain from using the ppartner.hr website. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logging into this website and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company. “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our company. “Party”, “Parties” or “We”, refers to both the Client and us. All conditions refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate way for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in terms of providing the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the applicable laws of Croatia and the EU. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they are deemed to be interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.

PPartner takes care of the security and privacy of the User’s personal data. The purpose of this Data Privacy Statement is to explain how and why we collect your personal data, and how we use it.

Types of data collected and their use
When the User engages in certain activities on the ppartner.hr website, such as opening, sending inquiries or searching for information, PPartner may ask the User to provide certain personal data: name and surname, address, e-mail address, telephone number.
PPartner collects the User’s personal data for the purpose of improving the operation of the website, improving advertising and promotional efforts, analyzing the use of the website, solving problems, implementing administrative tasks, establishing contact, complying with contracts, including the Data Confidentiality Statement, complying with positive legal regulations and cooperation with public authorities.

Ppartner takes technical and organizational security measures to protect personal data from accidental or illegal destruction, loss or alteration and from unauthorized disclosure or access.

The user is aware of the fact that no data transmission over the Internet or over any wireless network can be 100% secure. Although PPartner implements commercially reasonable data protection measures, it cannot guarantee the protection of any data transferred to or from the ppartner.hr website and is not responsible for the actions of any third party that receives such data.

What we track
