By accessing and/or using the Connect Human Resources (hereinafter: PPartner) website, the User confirms that he has read, understood and agrees with this Privacy Policy. If the User does not agree, he is obliged to refrain from using the ppartner.hr website. The following terminology applies to these Terms and Conditions, the Privacy Statement and Disclaimer Notice and all agreements: “Client”, “You” and “Your” refers to you, the person logging into this website and in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Company. “Company”, “We”, “Us”, “Our” and “Us”, refers to our company. “Party”, “Parties” or “We”, refers to both the Client and us. All conditions refer to the offer, acceptance and consideration of payment necessary to undertake the process of our assistance to the Client in the most appropriate way for the express purpose of meeting the Client’s needs in terms of providing the Company’s stated services, in accordance with and subject to the applicable laws of Croatia and the EU. Any use of the above terminology or other words in the singular, plural, capitalization and/or he/she or they are deemed to be interchangeable and therefore refer to the same.
