More Than an Interview: How the Testing Process Works
The selection was divided into two parts:
Chefs were given a menu and asked to prepare dishes. Waiters showed their serving skills, table setup, and guest interaction. Housekeeping staff demonstrated bed-making, room organization, and cleanliness procedures.

High Standards and Strong Pass Rate
Out of the 150 candidates, over 90% successfully met the employer’s expectations. This high success rate is the result of careful pre-selection, clearly defined expectations, and a structured evaluation method.
